Summer Hill

The NSW Government has commenced the formal selection process to identify a suitable provider to operate the Summer Hill Specialist Supported Living (SSL) centre, including the group home and respite services delivered at the centre.

The date for transferring services in Summer Hill will be known when the new service provider is selected and a timeframe agreed. Our aim is for the Summer Hill centre to transfer to a new provider later in 2018.

Selection Process

Through the selection process, the NSW Government will identify service providers qualified to operate the Summer Hill centre and meet the complex needs of the people who live there.

Interested providers will be invited to submit a proposal demonstrating their capability, capacity and plans for delivering services after the transfer.

The NSW government’s main priority is the safety and wellbeing of clients, and service providers will need to demonstrate they can continue to deliver services at the current level.
