Changes to FACS structure – The way FACS Districts and state-wide services are structured will be changing over the next 12 months. The overall aim of this is to promote the best way to structure FACS operations so that high quality services are delivered to clients. This new operating model is called the Cluster Operating Model.

Ready and Confident e-learning module – Ready and Confident is an online tool to help staff prepare before applying for jobs in the Public and Non-Government sectors.

NDS Videos – The Change Room – These videos provide insight into what it looks and feels like to deliver individualised, person centred services in NDIS trial sites.

Working in the NGO sector – we want to retain the expertise, experience and relationships FACS staff have in the disability sector once the NDIS is fully implemented in NSW from 2018.
