The NSW Government Sector Employment Act 2013

The NSW Government Sector Employment Act 2013 (GSE Act) provides the foundation of a modern and effective public sector workforce. The Act establishes two main employment structures: the government sector, and within that, the Public Service. It provides a new framework for NSW Government sector employment and workforce management.
